Leadership

Marc Brault

PRESIDENT

Marc started at Brault Roofing in 1995. His leadership qualities, business acumen, extensive field experience, can-do attitude, and understanding of commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing systems are acknowledged and appreciated throughout the company. His expertise is also recognized outside the company—he sits on a number of roofing industry committees and some of his ideas have changed the way things are done throughout the industry, notably with regard to professional development and improved practices. As a mentor to roofing’s next generation, he has contributed to the renewal and continuation of a number of companies. He has worked tirelessly to raise the profile of the industry and continuously optimize its processes. Marc is the youngest-ever recipient of the Quebec Master Roofers Association’s Jean-Luc Poulin Award, a distinction granted by industry peers to recognize a member’s outstanding contributions to the development and reputation of the QMRA and that member’s impact on the Quebec roofing industry. Marc represents the third generation of the Brault family at the helm of the family business.

Lorenzo Pietrantonio

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Lorenzo has been part of Brault Roofing’s senior management since 2012, where he’s in charge of market and client development diversification. He’s the driver behind the new marketing strategies that have increased the company’s market share in the major project segments, which include industrial complexes, distribution warehouses, shopping centres, government buildings, and big institutional properties. Lorenzo comes from the materials industry for big commercial, industrial, and institutional roofs and is today among the movers and shakers of the industry, calling on his wide-ranging experience to nurture long-term partnerships.

Serge Tahmazian, CPA, CA

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Serge, a certified professional accountant, took over all financial related aspects at Brault Roofing in 2014. His brilliant cash flow management and extensive transactional experience with national and international corporations have made Brault Roofing one of the few companies in the large-roof industry recognized as among the best-managed sustainable companies—a group mainly restricted to construction industry giants and the biggest contractors. His sound management doesn’t just secure a company’s future, it’s also a key competitive advantage in addition to boosting supplier confidence and relations.
